<p>Partida is the main ingredient in <strong>Café Zuzu&#8217;s</strong> now trendy OG Margarita and Zuzu Mixologist <strong>Jimmy Schindel</strong> will be preparing a secret drink for the dinner.</p>

<p><strong>Dushan Zaric</strong> and <strong>Jason Kosmas</strong> have almost thirty years of bartending experience between them. They are the owners of <strong>Employees Only</strong>, one of the hottest cocktail bars in Manhattan&#8217;s West Village, and the founders of <strong>Cocktail Conceptions</strong>, a consulting company whose high-profile clients include the <strong>Westin Hotels &amp; Resorts</strong>, <strong>Absolut</strong>, and <strong>Moet Hennessy</strong> and now they are in Phoenix, creating the cocktails for the about to open <strong>J&amp;G Steakhouse</strong> at the old <strong>Mary Elaine&#8217;s</strong> space at the <strong>Phoenician</strong>. They are also the authors of a book entitled <em>You Didn&#8217;t Hear It From Us: Two Bartenders Serve Women The Truth About Men, Making an Impression, and Getting What You Want.</em></p>
<p>EATERAZ caught up with them at the EATERAZ party held at the <strong>Mission Restaurant</strong> Wednesday in honor of <strong>Sofia Partida</strong> of <strong>Partida Tequila</strong> (more on the party later).</p>
<p><strong>EAZ:</strong> So you&#8217;re out here consulting for Jean-Georges, what are you specifically doing for him?</p>
<p><strong>DZ&amp;JK:</strong> We&#8217;re here putting together his cocktail list for J&amp;G Steakhouse.</p>
<p><strong>EAZ:</strong> With your reputations, we&#8217;re sure it will be something amazing.</p>
<p><strong>DZ&amp;JK:</strong> Actually we are doing what we do, really well crafted cocktails. For J&amp;G we&#8217;re focusing on some very traditional ones, that are not necessarily uncommon, but difficult to find prepared and served correctly.</p>
<p><strong>EAZ:</strong> So we will have a place to get a true Manhattan finally.</p>
<p><strong>DZ&amp;JK:</strong> Oh yeah, that and much more.</p>
<p><strong>EAZ:</strong> How did you end up at our party tonight, it&#8217;s so random?</p>
<p><strong>DZ&amp;JK:</strong> Well we&#8217;re friends with Sofia and she told us about it and we came by.</p>
<p><strong>EAZ:</strong> Well we&#8217;re glad you did. Have a shot and a taco and thanks for the chat.</p>
