There are some things in life you should be ashamed of, and the people at Black Blum (swear, we didn’t make that company name up) must think grilling is one of them. How can you possibly entertain friends in your yard with that insulting, sinful, and downright obscene grill just hanging out there, for all to see? You’ve got to cover that thing up – so disguise it as something else!

We hear some of their prototype disguises–a big (now legal) joint, a pair of haboobs, a statue of Guy Fieri–didn’t do so well in test markets. But little Black Blum found a solution. (See, growing herb is always the answer.) The Hot Pot BBQ is a grill hidden inside a terracotta pot that literally has a lid doubling as a planter. It’s actually kind of a nifty idea for folks who aren’t serious about grilling. Or folks who are serious about fresh rosemary on their steaks.

Either way, you’ll want to watch this creepy video of the grill in action: www.youtube.com. And you might also want to discuss why the griller cooked three kabobs and two ears of corn. Who got gypped out of some good ‘ole corn? It was probably that chick with the mumbles at the end. She should speak up.

Hot Pot sells for about $125 here: www.black-blum.com.
