We caught up with Chef James Porter as he readies himself for this weeks grand opening of his latest restaurant, Big Earl’s BBQ. Our man in the field, David Tyda went all 60 Minutes on Porter in a hard-nosed face-off, making him answer the burning question on everyone’s (or at least our) minds — Why he stole the BBQ concept away from his “buddies” at EATERAZ?
