There’s a guy out there who makes all the right decisions in life. Nice office. Good suit. Snappy Facebook pic (above, which we obviously doctored). He also reads EATERAZ and took a moment to enter our Lunch & Learn contest. Things have really paid off for said guy because he just won a pair of tickets to this Saturday’s Lunch & Learn at Sanctuary Camelback Mountain! Ike Devji +1 will get a 3-course lunch with wine pairings while L&L host Chef Beau MacMillan does a cooking demo with his earliest culinary mentor, Francois de Melogue. Chef de Melogue now creates the menus for the tasting room at Claudia Springs Winery in California, and he’s come to PHX with winery owner, Bob Klindt.

You can still purchase tickets to this $65 lunch and pair it with a room at Sanctuary for $169. Just call 480-948-2100.

The next Lunch & Learn takes place on August 7, when the event goes Vegas-style with Akira Back, the chef at Bellagio’s Yellowtail restaurant. That menu will run something like:

Big eyed tuna pizza – micro shiso, truffle oil
Grilled large tiger prawn – yuzu lemon brown butter, tomato concasse
Tempura honey dew – desert mesquite Arizona honey, vanilla ice cream

To try your hand at winning a pair of tickets, simply click here and visit our contest page. Entry is easy: you just send an email to contest@eateraz.com with a description of your favorite food. And don’t forget, you can also make a reservation for the special 12-course meal with Chefs Back and Beau Mac the night before Lunch & Learn.
