Are you obsessed with the Food Network or the Cooking Channel? Then here’s your chance to hang with the guy who runs the show (well, actually, a few of the shows).

Bruce Seidel, Senior VP of Program Planning and Special Productions, is coming to Sanctuary Resort & Spa at Camelback Mountain this Saturday, July 10, to kick off Sanctuary’s summertime series of cooking demos–Lunch & Learn. He’ll take to the stage with Food Network star and elements restaurant Executive Chef Beau MacMillan for a demo and lunch called “A Taste of the Cooking Channel.” Joining the live action will be two other local Food Network alums–Lee Hillson (T. Cook’s) and Mark Tarbell (Tarbell’s)–who were added after we shot the video above.

EATERAZ has partnered with Sanctuary and is going to be giving away a pair of tickets to EVERY LUNCH & LEARN this summer. So to enter to win a pair for this weeks’ kick-off event, simply click here.

Almost every weekend for the next eight weeks, celebrity chefs and foodies will hit the Sub Zero/Wolf demo stage at Sanctuary, explaining the recipes behind the multi-course lunches being served. View the full schedule here. But don’t worry, we’ll remind you each week with video promo like this. Although one-take-Beau was enlisted to simply tell us who’s coming up next in these videos, we caught him in some pretty awkward situations that we can’t wait to share with you. Like, “in the cooler and talking to crabs” kind-of awkward.

Each Lunch & Learn costs $65 ($95 if it’s a dinner) with an overnight room stay available for $169. And new this year are Lunch & Learn preview dinners in XII, elements’ new private dining room. Held usually the night prior, these dinners max out at 12 people, ensuring you actual convo-time with the guest chefs and Beau Mac himself.

So if you’d like to book your tickets now, call (480) 948-2100. And of course if you’re feeling lucky, click here.
