Looks like the race to best Chris Bianco’s Pizzeria Bianco, will not slow down. Already there is another Biltmore entry since the recent success of The Parlor — Tommy V’s.
Tommy V’s is an adjunct of Tomaso’s — a Biltmore fixture.
Even though they might have a fine product, don’t count out Mark Tarbell‘s pie next door.
He’s been doing a fantastic pie for years and has also become quite the pizza guy in Denver with his highly successful The Oven- see our post Mark Tarbell Ciaos Down.
As you can see, we should expect an opening any day now…

good food… GREAT service a little more of an ‘uptight’ feel than Parlor.. Park in back, no big. I’d go back though
