UPDATE: SAMURAI COWBOY
The Dish

The owners of Stingray Sushi and Geisha A Go Go, are riding their success with a growth spurt. Their latest concept, Samurai Cowboy was due to open this month, but judging from the appearance, we would bet against it.
Also, their new Stingray Sushi location at the Biltmore Fashoin Park, has been frought with construction delays with the blame being placed at the doorstep of the contractors and the Biltmore Fashion Park. Andrew Nam, Partner and Chef, explained how enthusiastic Westcor was to have them at BFP, but now everyone is dragging their feet when it comes time to building it. Delays are attributed to the unique construction challenges of building around BFP customers as to not disturb their regularly scheduled spending.
Well with retails sales plummeting, one would think their would be PLENTY-O-TIME to build “around” shoppers.
