The Farmer’s Market saved our life, and here’s how.

Like most people, EATERAZ lost a bunch of money once the stock market tanked, and then the panic attacks set in. Tight chest, short breathing, blurred vision, lack of motivation to post something. One day, it got too much to bear and we went to the doctor. He said “Stop being such a pussy and take it one day at a time.” Out a $30 copay with no solution, we remembered a bit of advice bestowed upon us by Thomas Schoos—the designer behind TAO, Table 8, and Koi.

“Add one teaspoon of raw apple cider vinegar and one teaspoon of raw honey to a glass of water twice a day, and you’ll feel better, more balanced,” he says.

Turns out this magic concoction works. We’ve been drinking it for a month now and feel a lot leveler. (more level?). Well, it hasn’t made us better writers apparently, but the panic attacks are gone, even though the DOW is probably going to dip below 7,000 any day now.

How does the Farmer’s Market play into all this? We’ve been using raw, local honey from Absolutely Delightful, picked up at the Wednesday Public Market between 10 am and 2 pm at Town & Country (20th & Camelback). Available in both liquid and crystallized states, this honey will do you right in your quest for balance … not just in life, but in the market as well. And the raw vinegar can be found in just about any grocery store.
