If you’ve been to Bourbon Steak, Michael Mina’s new joint at the Fairmont Scottsdale Resort, then you already know this: In lieu of bread at your table, everyone gets a trio of duck-fat fried French fries. One is herb-dusted served with onion ketchup; another has a hint of truffle and served with a truffle aioli; and the third is a finger-messing-good paprika covered fry served with housemade barbeque sauce.
