Bombay Spice calls themselves “Americanized” Indian food, but what we need is “Indianized” Indian food. Great ethnic dining options are one of the most needed and neglected categories in town. Sadly they are too few and far between, so why the need to “Americanize?” Their food presentation is wonderful to be sure, friendly staff — check, but the food left me craving a jar of Vindaloo sauce.
