It’s official. Zinc Bistro owner, Terry Ellisor, has just signed a lease for the, “you blinked and missed it,” Union Wine Bar & Grill from less than ‘Humble’ Pie owner Tom Kaufman.

Ellisor with Zinc chef Matt Carter and new-to-the-game partner Brian Raab, will reportedly be bringing us, “Mission”, a latin infused (Mexican, Argentinian, Costa Rican, Colombian) restaurant of a “cuisine” status. Perhaps Matt Carter will finally get to live his inner taqueria dreams as he has always coveted the idea of having one. Whatever the latin jambolaya is, we smell a winner. Olé.
